SHIPPING

We ship internationally to most countries from our location on Curaçao.
All orders are shipped within 3 business days from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

ORDER TRACKING
We will update your order by sending you an email with the tracking information once the tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier.

SHIPPING RATES
You can calculate the shipping rate while in your shopping cart, by entering your location information in the provided input fields. From time to time we may offer free shipping with or without a promo code.

DELIVERY
Estimated 6-15 business days to most international destinations upon acceptance by the carrier. Once we have shipped your order, we only have access to the tracking number you are provided.*

*PLEASE NOTE: International shipments may be delayed by the customs process. This is out of our control. Your package may be subject to importation taxes and fees and are not included in the item price or stated shipping charges. These vary from country to country. Contact your local post office for current rules prior to purchasing.

We not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

Miss Glamurosa Costumes does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
